Our story
BiTQ was born and the journey towards creating a data consultancy, which would reshape the traditional model, begins.
2017The BiTQ brand, as we know it today is created and the team expands to 6 exceptional people from the Brisbane office.
2018The business is rapidly expanding, now with 10 employees and a network of clients from within Australia expands as far as WA.
The first of many awards are achieved, receiving the coveted “Buy Queensland” award, and finalist of the “Australian Small Business Champion” award.
2019Now in its third year, BiTQ establishes a satellite office on the Gold Coast and expands to a team of 14 talented data professionals. More recognition from the industry, finalist of the “Australian Small Business Champion” and finalist of the “Buy Queensland” Supplier award
2020With the business well established, the team expands into Federal Government and our latest satellite office is established in Canberra. The team grows to 18 people across QLD and ACT and the formation of the BiTQ Executive Leadership team is born.
2021BiTQ expands its product offerings to include Call Centre Sentiment Analysis via the newly formed Data Science practice, solving the future problems that have not yet been identified becomes the Data Science’s vision and daily mission.
The Australian market continues to grow and the BiTQ reach expands into international markets, in such places as South Africa, the United Kingdom and Southeast Asia.
Today the areas of focus for all people within BiTQ remains the same as back in 2017, we help clients to “Make their data useful”.
2022BiTQ's journey continues as a joint venture is created with our sister company Giilang Consulting Group, based out of Canberra, ACT. The word Giilang means “Story” and they have the right experience and knowledge to help you on your data storytelling journey.
Giilang Consulting is a first nations business, owned and operated by Rachael Macdonald and BiTQ are proud to be part of this exciting new business.
Our business continues to expand deeper into Data Science as we work upon multiple client projects, specifically around Gen AI. We are fast developing expert skills within this space.
2023We are fast becoming recognised as one of the go-to players in the Data Analytics and Data Engineering space. We couldn't have done it without the confidence and backing of our clients, partners, and most importantly, the continued determination of our staff. Over the last few years, we have made some serious headway in the AI space, drastically enhancing our capabilities that our clients have really come to count on for helping them with their most challenging Data and AI needs. We are leading the charge on Secure Generative AI and have delivered several successful AI projects across our client base. It's been an exceptional ride, and it's brought us to an exciting development in our story.
We are very excited to share that BiTQ, as of 01 July 2024, is now the Advanced Data and AI Company, but you can call us ADAICO. The new change encapsulates our broader vision and our commitment to providing top-notch AI solutions, all while keeping our data services strong.
